At Meshki AU, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a store credit or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your generated shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the front of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Australia Post outlet and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
